Enable internet search box in start menu
Internet is the best way to get any kind of information about any target. Whenever you want search anything over internet yo have to open your browser and after then you will open a search engine page and then you will search the target. Isn’t so lengthy and time consuming task to do. Now window7 offers a new feature to enable internet search in the start menu.
This feature will be enable with the help of group policy editor. to enable this feature in your system you must be login into administrator account.
To enable this feature follow the following steps.
Get Started:
Step1: Open the start menu type gpedit.msc in the search box and press enter. It will open the group policy editor.
Step2: Now go to User Configuration –> Administrative Templates –> Start Menu and Taskbar.
Step3: Now double click on Add search internet link to Start Menu
Step4: Now a screen will appear and select Enable and then select Ok.
Now your search option has been enabled in start menu. Whenever you will search on start menu you will have a option Search the Internet click on the option to search over internet.
